We are very happy that our fruit vinegar \u0160\u00edpkov\u00fd received a 1* award at the Great Test 2020.
\nThe Great Test is the world’s largest and most trusted and rigorous food and drink award. Food and beverage testing by a group of more than 500 experts. Great Taste are highly regarded seals of approval, a way to get honest, direct and unbiased feedback from chefs, buyers, food writers and retailers. Of the 12,000 registered products, less than a third of them won the award.
\nRosehip fruit vinegar, harvest year 2018, 0.2 l package, “live”, i.e. unpasteurized, without preservatives, filtered. Gentle but strong 17 g\/l acid. vinegar, we recommend diluting it. A luxurious taste similar to balsamic vinegar. Top product among our fruit vinegars.
\nCombining with food:
\nThe aroma is wonderfully combinable with a dish containing pineapple, strawberries, but also maple syrup, dried figs, rhubarb, banana and a whole range of smoky tones, including chocolate and vanilla. Its taste balance does not direct it to a single type of food, but the mentioned aromatic combination will offer an amazing taste and the overall presentation of the food is room for creativity. From sweet to roasted meat of various kinds to meatless cuisine looking for a substitute for balsamic vinegar, the uses are almost unlimited. This vinegar is intended for those who enjoy cooking.
