The year 2019…<\/p>\n

What was the year 2019? The harvest was smaller, nature was resting after the last bountiful year. This year we tried cultivation without spraying, so the fruit was completely chemical-free. The rains in May caused the cherries to rot, and therefore there will be no cherry wines this year.
\nBeauty, this year we finalized 12 wines. Many others are in the process of production, but still need time. This year we completed the project for a private customer “Three keys for Katar\u00edna” – wines dedicated to three castles. Just this in itself is a beautiful feeling. We are probably most excited about the extraordinary wines “Al\u017ebeta B\u00e1thory” and “\u0160\u00edpkov\u00e1 Ru\u017eenka”. Luxury live vinegars have been added.
\nThe company underwent a big change, as did the wine labels.
\nFor me, the most important thing is that we stick to the quality policy. We still produce from fruit, not from concentrates, as is common today. Even though we could have low costs, incomparably less work, much lower prices and at the same time huge margins. As long as the winery bears my name, it will stay like this. That’s why we value our regular customers immensely, and more are still being added.
