DRY FEBRUARY\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is definitely great\u2014and beneficial for everyone\u2019s health\u2014to take a month without consuming alcohol. If you have decided to do so, stick with it and persevere! It\u2019s somewhat amusing that I write this as a producer of alcoholic beverages who makes a living from their sale. I like to say: drink less, drink quality.<\/strong> This way, wine drinking can truly be healthy, and you can enjoy this wonderful beverage for a long time.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019ve committed to a month-long detox, consider complementing it with fresh juices from fruit and especially vegetables<\/strong>. For proper digestive function, it is important to maintain a healthy gut microbiome, which is supported by the consumption of live fruit vinegars<\/strong>.
