Dark amber even slightly caramelized color with a meniscus of orange to yellow, scent of oranges, pomegranate and ripe figs, sweet taste with a spicy acidity resembling citrus fruits, sweet figs and dates, finishes off with hints of coffee. Rosehip fruit wines are among the flagships of our winery. Usually we make them as ice wines. Depending on the weather the harvesting starts in January and ends with the beginning of March.<\/p>\n
We handpick the rosehip in freezing temperatures, clean them, so that we eliminate any unwanted tones and process them with our unique way. The result of this process are luxurious wines with a sweet honey-like aroma, amber to orange color, in taste with tones of figs, dates and citruses. Every year and even every month the harvest results in a different wine.<\/p>\n
