Combining with food: The basis of the aroma is cold tarragol. It has a chilling effect on the food and makes the food a lot more pleasant for consumption especially during hotter months. It accompanies well taste-wise with foods containing anise, star anise, basil and mint. Excellent for use in a classic green salad but also as poultry flavoring. We recommend roasted turkey meat with ginger and saffron rice as an accompaniment.
