[:sk]We invite you to the Historic farm and craft markets under the castle, which will take place on Saturday 07.10.2017 in the meadow under Plavecký hrad at the Štimberk shooting range in Plavecké Podhradie. Medieval, aimed at families with children.
A medieval military camp with a period kitchen and a tea room will grow on the meadow. We will build a large straw castle, which one group of children will defend, the other group will conquer, parents can also participate. Archery, crossbow, throwing and firearms. Attractions for children, coin minting. You can look forward to fencing performances by the historical fencing group “Vir fortis” and period music and dances by “Marnátosnaha”. Riding on horses, carriages and camels.
You can have a picnic while grilling wood chips directly from the breeder and top organic meat directly from the company. EuroGen, s.r.o. Swordsmen will grill your meat on a period grill. Refreshments will be provided by the Šandorf Prievaly brewery, the Medieval Tea House, a family winery and a coffee roaster.
At the Farmer’s and Craft Market, you will find only high-quality primary producers, no peddlers and “tramps”. Many will demonstrate their craft sold from generation to generation right on the spot. We will gradually rebuild the individual manufacturers on this page, which we greatly appreciate for their approach and product quality.
The markets will also include an ascent to Plavecký Castle with interpretation.
