Friends, life often brings big changes. After all, even our small company has undergone enormous development in a very short time. From the wines of our grandfathers, i.e. living wines, to unique world-class wines. We are very proud of this progress.
We have patiently created high-quality fruit wines from wines that are often looked down upon. In addition, we managed to create several unique wines, such as from wild cherries. As far as I know, no one owns such a wine.
We have chosen a very difficult path, a path of top quality. With an emphasis on the maximum quality of the input raw material. That’s why we don’t buy fruit, every fruit is overripe, because only such fruit has the most flavor and aromatic substances. Skimmed with a skimmer, picked over and washed. In addition to the arrows, each one is cleaned by hand. Tell me, who does it like this?
Too often I see how someone tries to achieve the appearance of quality by producing fruit wines from concentrates / unfortunately the law allows this/, often artificially flavored, colored and scented. And copying. We will never go this way.
On the contrary. Honest quality, non-traditional and rare wines and wines made for a private customer. That is our direction. We want to enjoy the production of wines so that you can then enjoy their quality. This is also why they are often only low-limited editions. And we sign our work with our own name.
Ovocinár Skalica s.r.o. changes to Ovocinár Hrehor s.r.o. and we create our own brand “HREHOR Rare Fruit Wines”.
