On the Day of St. Valentine’s Day
I finalized one special rosé. Fruit wine Plum “Smile of a Woman”.
Brick orange color, fruity aroma of compote plums, sweet plum taste with a long aftertaste, with a soft almond finish.
“When God created all living things, he looked at his work and was satisfied. But he knew that the cherry on the cake was still missing. And so he created a Woman. He looked with admiration at his most beautiful work and said to himself that he would give her some extraordinary gift. And he gave her a woman’s smile. Sometimes, when he looks at the earth from the clouds like a ray of sunshine, he sees a woman’s smile. Then he would smile like crazy and look at her with love. The way they look in love when they look at each other. Once he woke up from a terrible dream. He dreamed that a woman’s smile disappeared on earth. So he created a man. He gave him a broad back and powerful arms to protect the woman’s smile. Even today, when he sometimes looks at the earth with a gloomy forehead, he sees that beautiful smile here and there . And that stupid expression appears on his face again and the wrinkles disappear from his forehead. He says to himself, I’ll leave them. We still have time, as long as the Woman’s smile is on the ground.”
